Warranty Term
1, Warranty Basic Criteria:
Except for those products which have special instruction, all products from Gadgetsshop have 1 year warranty since the customer receive the parcel.
We are only responsible for warranted products which are purchased from with order number.
Customer must keep the original package, including manufacturer’s box, all cables, hardware and instructions.
Customer must keep the warranty seal or sticker is unbroken.
2, Conditions which is not covered by warranty:
Products which is purchased over 1year - excepting products with special instruction.
The warranty seal or sticker is removed or broken.
Normal scratches and abrasions caused by correct use.
Products were damaged by improperly operating or maintaining. For example, using incorrect electric charge, soaked by any liquids like food or water.
Products were repaired, refitted or taken apart without authorization of Gadgetsshop.
Products cannot work due to customer download or update software incorrectly.

Customer can contact our Customer Support online if you have any problem of the products during the warranty period. According to the problem you provided, our staff will decide whether the products need to repair or replace. For more information, please refer to Return Policy.

Return Policy
Before sending back our products, please read our Return Policy carefully as follow:
When you receive the parcel and before you sign the waybill, please check your personal information on the waybill and the products in the parcel carefully. If you find the products broken or something is missing, you can refuse to accept the parcel and contact Gadgetsshop in time. Our staff will negotiate with the express company and consider resending new products or missed parts to you.
If customer find the products damaged during the delivery but still sign the waybill, Gadgetsshop will have no responsibility for those broken products.
For saving your time and unnecessary expenses, customer should contact our Customer Service online at the first time and provide relevant photos and description. According to the problem you provided, our staff will check out whether we can help you settle the problem online or you need to send back the products to us.
Gadgetsshop will not accept those products which are sent back without any communication and notification.
All returns must be sent back within 7 days as customer receives it. We will check out the sending date according to the tracking number you provided.
We only accept products remain their original status as they had been shipped out to our customer. Customer must keep the original package, including manufacturer’s box, all cables, unbroken warranty seals, hardware and instructions.
When customer send back the products, please write down your name, address, email address, order number and return reasons clearly on a paper and put along with the parcel.
Customer is responsible for shipping cost when returning any product to Gadgetsshop.
Gadgetsshop will be responsible for shipping fee for replacements or repairs sent back to customers except replacements or repairs which are not covered by our warranty terms.

Repair Service
Including in Customer Support Service, Gadgetsshop also offer repairs for those products which is not in warranty period.
Customer must consult our Customer Service Online first to check out whether their goods can be repaired or not.
Gadgetsshop will charge you repair cost including shipping fees.
If your goods cannot be repaired, we will send back to you but we don’t have responsibility for the shipping fees.
You can choose the delivery courier as we send back your goods, just please inform us in advance.

Order Cancellation
Customer can cancel your orders before you settle your payment.
Once your parcel has been sent out to you, you cannot cancel your order absolutely. Even customer send back the parcel, Gadgetsshop still cannot refund your payment.
If customer want to cancel your orders after you pay it already, please contact our Customer Support online within 24 hours to help you cancel your order immediately. Except for some particular products, we will refund you full payment if we have not sent out your parcel yet. If customer transfers payment via Western Union, Gadgetsshop will have no responsibility for the transaction fees which is charged by Western Union.
If customer have already transfer your payment over 24 hours but intend to cancel your orders, you should contact our Customer Support online to check whether your parcel have been sent out or not. If Gadgetsshop has not sent out your parcel, our staff will help you to cancel the order and return your payment. But we will deduct you a minimum of 15% from your payment as cancellation surcharge. This surcharge is not included in the transaction fee which might be deducted when we refund you the payment.
If customers want to cancel order after receiving order item, they need to send back the order item; and Gadgetsshop will also charge 15% of the payment as depreciation.

Payment Method
So far, Gadgetsshop only offers two safe and convenient payment methods.
1. PayPal is a secure and reliable payment processing service which allows you shopping online safely. There is no transaction fee and no payment surcharge. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can just take a few minutes to sign up easily. Once you finished, you can transfer your payment in minutes to complete your order.

2. Payment Transfer via Western Union
When you check out and choose Western Union as your payment method, our website will show you our payment information. To transfer your payment, you can go to a Western Union branch nearby you or go Western Union homepage and follow their instruction. After you transfer your payment, please email your message to us or contact our Live Chat Service directly. We will ship out the products you ordered within 3 days when we confirm that we receive your payment.
